Lena A. Ladenheim, RN, BSN
Lena A. Ladenheim, R.N., B.S.N., F.N.P.-S is originally from Philadelphia and received her first Bachelor’s degree in PR & Advertising from Towson University, and then completed her accelerated second Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing at NYU’s Rory Meyer College of Nursing where she was on the Dean’s List and was the key student speaker at her commencement ceremony. She is currently studying at Pace University to be a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has co-authored numerous academic chapters on chemical peels, hydroxy acids and fillers, and was an investigator on IRB-approved studies on cosmeceuticals and in-vivo LED treatments. She currently serves as a peer reviewer for the Plastic and Aesthetic Nursing Journal. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, the New York State Nurses Association, the Dermatology Nurses Association, and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.
Lena places a tremendous emphasis on patient-centered care utilizing evidence-based research, and is deeply passionate about the medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological work we do every day here at Marmur Medical.
She loves her dog Rae, running, and traveling. Lena can’t wait to see you in the office & help you glow from the inside out!

Shereena Singh, RN, BSN
Shereena Singh, R.N B.S.N completed her bachelors from New York City College. Shereena has been a nurse for five years and has a wide range of experience with patient care, from working at Bellevue hospital prior to entering the world of dermatology. She is very passionate about skincare and strives to help patients achieve their skin goals through a great skin care regimen paired with the right laser treatment. Some of her expertise includes Clear and Brilliant, Sclerotherapy and Microneedling!
In her free time, Shereena enjoys running with her best friend Lena and exploring NYC hottest brunch spots. She can’t wait to help you achieve your skincare goals!
Ally Konci, CME
Ally brings over 15 years of experience in medical aesthetics to Marmur Medical. Skilled with advanced training from The YonKa Paris Institute and several other aesthetics organizations, she specializes in personalized skincare regimens using MMSkincare cosmetics as well as facial techniques including dermaplaning, peels, and facial toning treatments.
Ally also specializes in HydraFacials for all parts of the body to help plump, tone, and provide a more youthful look. Her knowledge, integrity, and charisma have not only earned her a loyal clientele, but have also earned her a spot on NBC’s “Martha.”
