Marmur Medical and MMSkincare (Marmur Metamorphosis Skincare) are the skincare product line and affiliated dermatology practice founded by Dr. Ellen Marmur, a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. We’re a fast-moving, hands-on team building science-backed skincare products and supporting a leading NYC dermatology practice.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing and Operations Manager to lead marketing efforts across both MMSkincare and Marmur Medical while keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. This is a highly versatile role for someone who can move seamlessly between creative work, relationship management, customer service, and business strategy — from writing an Instagram caption in the morning to reviewing sales numbers in the afternoon.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Content
- Serve as the central point of coordination between the marketing team and PR team
- Manage and post content across social media platforms for both Marmur Medical & MMSkincare
- Help manage Dr. Ellen Marmur’s personal Instagram account
- Plan and execute promotions and marketing campaigns
- Plan and run events for Marmur Medical & MMSkincare
Product & Business Development
- Support product development initiatives for MMSkincare, from concept through launch
- Maintain and grow existing B2B partner relationships
- Identify and conduct outreach for new B2B partnership opportunities
Operations & Customer Service
- Handle backend business operations
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues
- Monitor sales performance and help ensure the business is meeting financial sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior marketing experience (agency, brand, or in-house)
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and content
- Based in or able to work from New York City
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously — creative, operational, and financial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with customer-facing communication and problem-solving
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Bonus: experience in skincare, beauty, or the medical/aesthetics industry
